FAQ

Where is Forbidden Props located?

Tucson, AZ (USA)

How can I contact you?

Use the Contact Us page or contact us through our Facebook or Instagram page for a quicker response.

How long does it take to get my order?

Our order turn around time will be listed/maintained on the homepage under the header slideshow. Currently we are running a 6 week turn around.

Why does it take that time to get my order?

Aside from any products listed on the Ready To Ship page, each product is made to order. We don’t hold an inventory due to customer special requests and often our job queue keeps us very busy as it is.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept a number of options from Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Venmo.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not offer payment plans directly through us but do offer Paypal’s Pay Later as an option at checkout. Please see their policy information as to what that entails.

Do you offer wholesale bulk orders?

We do offer limited wholesale options. Please contact us to discuss what those options are.

Can I commission you to make me a custom prop?

Yes! We make custom commissioned props for personal use, use in film, unique awards, promotional items, etc. Contact us to discuss your project!

What is your return/refund policy?

We offer a limited return/refund policy. You have a 24 hour window to request a full refund after you’ve placed an order. Once that window has closed, you can request a refund less a 25% restocking fee due to materials used for your order. Returns are only offered on those products from our Ready To Ship section.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We warranty against damage caused by the shipping company. However, you must keep the original packaging and be willing to provide us with the necessary pictures required by the shipping company so we can file a claim. Once the shipping company accepts the clain, you can opt to have a replacement be made or receive a refund.

Are your props convention safe?

Yes! While we cannot guarantee that every convention will let you in with one, our props are constructed so that they do adhere to most convention standards. You will need to check with the convention you plan to attend for their specific allowances.
